Project Manager Call
Once you sign up with us, the sales representative will schedule an appointment for you to discuss your new website with a project manager. At AiroDigital, we call it the PMC (Project Manager Call), it’s usually about 10 to 20 minutes long.
During this call, the project manager not only gathers information about your company, but also your goals, vision, and taste. The project manager is also available to answer all your questions, whether it’s about web design, web development, marketing strategy, SEO, email, etc.
Once the project manager collected all the necessary information to start building the site and answered all your questions, he/she will send you an email including our contact information and a short consent form to grant us permission to work with your current content.
Once we receive the consent form with your permission to work with your content, our project manager will relay the information gathered to the web designers and developers. They will start working on your new website taking into consideration your comments and indications.
It takes us 12 to 15 business days to create your website because we start every new project from scratch. Since we do not use cookie-cutter templates, every website is custom-built according to the needs and tastes of our clients.
Website Presentation & Revisions
When we’re ready to present you on the website, we will call you. We will be on the phone with you to collect your feedback. If there are adjustments to be made, we will create a task and work on them.
It is our priority to make sure the updates from your feedback are worked on quickly, so we can call you back and present a revised version of the new site as soon as possible.
When the domain transfer is completed, AiroDigital will be handling all your online needs for your website, whether it’s domain name registration, hosting or email. During this part of the process, we will be working on search engine optimization for your website.
This includes, but is not limited to: back-end modifications to the website in order to comply with Google Guidelines, making sure your directory listings are up to date, making sure your website looks great on mobile devices, finding the best keywords for your business industry, etc.
Once you’re completely happy with the new website we created for you, we will assist you during the transfer process. While we can’t call your current provider to cancel the service for you, here is how we can help:
- Help you figure out who is your domain name and hosting provider
Help you contact the right person to cancel your service and transfer your domain name
- Explain to you how the cancellation process usually works with your current provider
- Since there are different ways of transferring a domain name and placing a website design on it, it is possible that AiroDigital has to work with your current provider to ensure a smooth transition. Our goal is to make sure the change is quick in order to avoid downtime.
